Johan will assist you with any snags you may have pertaining to the outside of your unit as well as facilities and the estate in general.
He will also assist you with problems you might have relating to the services the Body Corporate provides (TV, Water, Bins, Electricity etc.)
Security
A landline, for incoming calls in the guardhouse, was provided due to the intercom system being only one-way ; the telephone number is 021 558 3062. Please use this number only when absolutely necessary.

CALL-OUT PROCEDURES
Electrical
Residents please note that the Body Corporate is responsible for the electricity supply up to the York Box attached to the side of your house. Any defect on the Distribution Board, Light Switches, Plug Sockets, Lamps, Under Floor Heating and Wiring is the responsibility of the individual owner. Should you require an electrician you may use any service provider you wish, however;

Please be advised that you are responsible for paying the electrician directly.
Gardens
You are welcome to beautify your garden, using plants from the approved plant-list (attached), but remember that the upkeep of such a garden is your duty. Please do not ask the Garden Service employees to maintain your garden. Also note that you will be instructed to remove all plants that are not on the approved list should they be noticed.

Plumbing
Residents please note that the Body Corporate is responsible for the water supply up to where it enters your house and for the main sewer line in the street. Any problem you may have inside your house with leaking pipes, leaking taps, or defective toilet mechanisms is the responsibility of the individual owner. Blocked toilets or drain-pipes between the house and the junction to the main sewer-line, in the road, are also the responsibility of the owner.
Should you require a plumber you may use any of our service providers or call-in your own.
