Pet Policy
- Only two pets (dogs, cats and/or birds) are allowed per section. Dogs will not be allowed if the unit does not
have a fence to keep the dog from wandering around the Estate. - All pets must be registered with the Body Corporate using one pet registry form for every pet. Residents shall
not be permitted to keep pets without written permission. The Trustees may withdraw such permission in the
event of any breach of any condition prescribed. The Body Corporate must be notified immediately of any
change e.g the loss, departure or death of any pet. - Only two pets (dogs, cats and/or birds) are allowed per section. Dogs will not be allowed if the unit does not

- Dogs and cats must be vaccinated as required and a veterinary certificate to this effect must be available for
scrutiny at any time by the Trustees. - Dogs may roam freely inside the unit or inside the fenced area of the section, otherwise they must be on a
leash and accompanied by a responsible person: - Cats are to be sterilised and a veterinary certificate to this effect must be attached to this form.
An owner/occupant shall be responsible for the correct removal of any of their animals’ excreta from their
section/other sections/common property. - No pets may unreasonably disturb other residents.
